🔹 Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer

Experience: 2–5 years
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimations and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control

  • Evaluate and negotiate with contractors and suppliers

  • Prepare tender documents and contracts in compliance with standards

  • Maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

  • Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with local construction rates and regulations

🔹 Site Engineer

Experience: 2–7 years
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to designs and safety norms

  • Coordinate between contractors, architects, and consultants

  • Maintain progress reports and daily site logs

  • Address technical issues and ensure quality standards

  • Support timely project delivery within budget

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering

  • Hands-on experience with site supervision and project management

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Knowledge of construction drawings, codes, and best practices

🔹 3D Visualizer

Experience: 1–3 years
Job Type: Full-Time / Freelance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop realistic 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural projects

  • Collaborate with architects and designers to bring concepts to life

  • Work across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects

  • Use 3D software including 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, AutoCAD

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

  • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software

  • Creative eye for detail and aesthetics

  • Portfolio showcasing quality 3D visualization work
